Project Manager - Data Centres

We are seeking competent project managers with experience of mission critical / data centres for large scale projects across Europe.

• Manage new building projects from inception to completion. Focused on mission critical data centre / co-location centres.

• Manage budgets & cost

• Report to client on progress, costs, key issues

• Manage change process

• Chair key meetings

• Manage design and construction

• Lead professional team of design consultants

• interface with internal client and stakeholders and sponsors

Qualification & Experience

• Professionally qualified preferred - CEng, CIBSE, RIBA, RICS

• Project management / Engineering Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage complex construction projects

• Experience of managing the construction of new data centre projects, contracts, budgets, design and engineering through to commissioning and handover

• A strong grasp of contract management, civil / structural engineering, building services, and interface with Information technology infrastructure

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Clear knowledge of project and systems processes
